LAST YEARS MENTAL RAY
The renderer, widely used during this period in DCC, was still relevant, especially for specialists using 3dsMax. However, as early as 2015, it became clear that MentalRay was gradually receding into the background. For example, it stopped going to Maya by default, although users could still get it back on their own.
